Your Sound Bath hosts, Andy and Hannah from Root+Rise

Andy is a yoga instructor, meditation guide, sound healer, and Reiki practitioner living a full life as a father, man in recovery, and outdoor enthusiast. Sound healing with breath practices and meditation offered Andy the space to process grief and trauma of losing his spouse while creating a new life full of peace and abundance. As someone who understands shadows and light, Andy can safely support and encourage others back to themselves through sharing the practices that helped shift his perspective and outlook on life.

Hannah is a Metaphysical Practitioner, trauma-informed spiritual coach, and holistic healing facilitator dedicated to helping others reconnect with their authentic selves. With a background in massage therapy, herbalism, holistic health, and metaphysical science, Hannah blends spiritual guidance with grounded healing practices to support emotional, energetic, and personal transformation. Her work focuses on trauma recovery, intuition development, nervous system healing, and empowering individuals to reclaim their voice, purpose, and inner peace.
