Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming blends cardio exercise and drumming in an easy but effective workout. It's fun, fast-paced, and you don't need to be a drummer to do it!

Chair Yoga
Yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. This class is done in a chair for those with mobility limitations. Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.

Cycle
High energy cycle session where cardio and resistance-based intervals meet for a motivational, fun workout. Adjust to your fitness level.

Enhanced Memory Fitness
Incorporates activities for memory, mental dexterity, and strength including low-impact dance, weights, resistance bands, and balls. An award-winning class from the Medical Fitness Association of America.

Gentle Stretch
Gentle stretches help improve flexibility and circulation, increase range of motion, and help reduce muscle soreness. Stretches are done on a mat and can be modified to fit your level of flexibility.

Cardio, strength building and core workout that utilizes punching bags, suspension training, and core moves to provide a full-body, fast-moving, energizing class.

RIPPED
Cardio, Weights, Fun, and Done! A high-energy workout that combines an effective cardio routine with weights and resistance training. (RIPPED = Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Core)

Silver Seniors
Silver Seniors combines exercises and activities for strength, agility, balance, stretching and fun. This is an outreach class held at 1614 Ruddiman, North Muskegon.

Strike
A high intensity interval training that includes elements of kickboxing.

Strength-n-Tone
Strengthen and tone major muscle groups with a strong focus on core work. Sessions rotate between using weighted bars, hand-held weights, pilates balls, exercise bands, and more.

Step Aerobics
Step Aerobics is a classic cardio workout - it builds endurance & strength, boosts metabolism & endorphins, works balance & coordination, and is rhythmic & fun. Routine can be done on a raised step, a low step, or the floor.

Incorporates HIIT (high-intensity interval training) with a twist. This class is tempo-driven..the strength of the beat will challenge your muscles and cardio system to find power, strength, speed, stamina, and mobility.

This science-based interval session is incredibly effective at kickstarting your metabolism. You’ll do timed bursts of intense strength and cardio work followed by short breaks structured in an achievable workout.
