    Boot Camp is a total body cardio and strength-building HIIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout...a physical and mental challenge to build strength and endurance.

  • Cardio Drumming

    Cardio drumming blends cardio exercise and drumming in an easy but effective workout. It's fun, fast-paced, and you don't need to be a drummer to do it!

  • Chair Yoga

    Yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. This class is done in a chair for those with mobility limitations. Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.

  • Cycle

    High energy cycle session where cardio and resistance-based intervals meet for a motivational, fun workout. Adjust to your fitness level.

  • Cycle Strong

    A hybrid class combining cardio work on a stationary bike with timed interval sets of strength training. A high-paced, effective & motivating workout.

  • Enhanced Memory Fitness

    Incorporates activities for memory, mental dexterity, and strength including low-impact dance, weights, resistance bands, and balls. An award-winning class from the Medical Fitness Association of America.

  • Fit Fusion

    Experience a fun, full-body cardio class that blends rhythmic movements with weights, creating an energetic atmosphere where you can sculpt your body while grooving to the beat!

  • Hard Core

    Get ready to unleash your inner strength with our Hardcore Class! This dynamic workout targets your entire core - abs, back, and everything in between. Our expert trainers will guide you through a series of exercises, including standing, wall Pilates, TRX movements, and mat work. Modifications are always available, making this class perfect for beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike. Join us to build a stronger, more confident you - and have a blast doing it!

    Heart Hustle: Boxing & Agility

    Get ready to sweat, move, and transform with Heart Hustle a high-energy fitness class combining boxing, agility training, and lower body cardio for a full-body burn. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, this class offers modifications so everyone can safely push their limits and feel empowered.

    You’ll experience dynamic boxing moves, fast-paced agility drills, and heart-pumping cardio that torch calories, build strength, and improve coordination. The more you hustle, the bigger the results, expect to leave every session energized, stronger, and more confident.

    Kick it is an energetic, full-body workout that combines cardio and weight training. Let’s kick ourselves into shape while we punch through limitations. Join us every Tuesday night to burn calories, build endurance, and boost confidence. Perfect for all fitness levels—no experience necessary.

  • Stretch & Mobility

    Gentle stretches help improve flexibility and circulation, increase range of motion, and help reduce muscle soreness. Stretches can be modified to fit your level of flexibility. Mobility exercises are added to improve motion, balance, flexibility and strength.

  • Tai Chi

    Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that uses a series of gentle movements and stances that flow together sequentially. Tai Chi boosts flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness.

  • Total Body Strength

    Strengthen and tone major muscle groups with a strong focus on core work. Sessions rotate between using weighted bars, hand-held weights, pilates balls, exercise bands, and more.

  • TRX

    TRX - Total (Body) Resistance Exercises - exercises using suspension bands that challenge your entire body, create a huge metabolic effect, and build lean, toned muscles

  • Xtreme Hip Hop

    An energetic step aerobic and cardio fitness experience with the built-in ability to be modified for varying fitness levels. Participants follow choreographed but simple moves for a dance-based fitness blast.

  • Yoga

    Yoga can invigorate, strengthen, stretch, and tone your whole body through its series of flow, poses, breath work, and meditative movements.

  • Zumba

    Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout. Think aerobics meets dance party. Combines both low and high-intensity moves for a fun, effective workout.

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Get Pumped is a high-energy, full-body strength workout that uses light to moderate weights with high reps to build lean muscle and endurance. Each session targets major muscle groups and is suitable for all fitness levels. Get Pumped burns calories, tones muscles, and enhances overall fitness.
