Learn-to-Swim Lessons

The Neal Fitness Center is proud to offer the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program. This nationally recognized program utilizes highly-trained Water Safety Instructors and top-of-the-industry curriculum to support learners at any stage in their swimming journey. We work to develop strong swimmers with a focus on being safe in, on, and around the water.


Aquatic Group Fitness Classes

Dive into a refreshing way to stay active with aquatic group fitness classes! These low-impact, high-energy workouts combine the resistance of water with fun, dynamic movements to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Perfect for all fitness levels, aquatic classes are a great way to tone muscles, burn calories, and reduce stress while enjoying the soothing properties of water. Whether you're looking to boost endurance or simply have fun in a supportive environment, our classes offer something for everyone!

Space is Limited. Group class participants must be booked into each class in advance through the GymMaster app or Member Services. If you cannot attend, we ask that you cancel your booking to accommodate those on the waiting list.

Make your workout a splash!

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9:00am-9:50am

    Feel the difference that taking your workout into the water makes! This whole-body workout includes interval aerobic movement, resistance work to build muscle, balance practice, and stretching.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00am-10:50am

    Wednesdays 5:00pm-5:50pm

    A full-body, deep-end workout using resistance equipment and ankle buoys. Tone muscle, work core, and increase aerobic conditioning.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8:00am-8:50am

    A full-body workout combining strength & cardio, in both the shallow & deep ends of the pool. A carefully curated course for those focused on progress and conditioning. Exercise at your own pace, with your own modifications and join us for a fun but serious water workout.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10:00am-10:50am

    This aqua aerobic class gets you moving to music from across the decades and genres. There's something for everyone here, and you won't realize how much you've worked until you exit the pool.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00am-9:50am

    A zero-impact, deep-end aerobic workout using floatation belts and resistance buoys. Modify to suit your fitness level for a full-body strength-building plus cardio workout.

  • Tuesdays 7:00am-7:50am

    Swim Strong, Sculpt Your Body

    Dive into a total-body transformation with our Water Warrior Boot Camp! This dynamic class combines the best of swimming instruction and aquatic fitness to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, you'll benefit from this challenging and refreshing workout.

    What to Expect:

     * Stroke Improvement: Refine your technique and master various swimming strokes, from freestyle and backstroke to breaststroke and butterfly.  Our expert instructors will provide personalized feedback to help you improve efficiency and power in the water.

     * Endurance Swimming: Build cardiovascular fitness and stamina through structured lap swimming sets.  We'll guide you through interval training and distance challenges to push your limits and enhance your endurance.

     * Aquatic Strength Training: Sculpt and tone your muscles with targeted exercises in the deep water, shallow water, and on deck.  We'll utilize water resistance and buoyancy to create a low-impact, high-intensity workout that strengthens your core, arms, and legs.  Expect a mix of exercises in and out of the water using aquatic equipment in challenging circuits.

FAQ - What’s the temperature of the pool?

82° - That's our goal temperature.

This pool temperature is a happy middle ground between the range of swimmers in our community who love to use our pool. From infants & kids, those working hard doing an aquatics class or lap swimming, to seniors doing aqua therapy, etc., some like it warm, some like it cooler. We are proud to offer a pool temperature that serves our diverse community!
