Our 6-lane, 25-meter indoor pool supports lap swimming, aquatic fitness classes, swim lessons, and therapeutic water exercise year-round. We proudly offer American Red Cross-certified swim lessons for children, adults, and beginners looking to build confidence and safety in the water.
Our aquatic group fitness classes provide low-impact, high-resistance workouts that improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and mobility. The Neal Fitness Center is proud to offer the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program. This nationally recognized program utilizes highly-trained Water Safety Instructors and top-of-the-industry curriculum to support learners at any stage in their swimming journey. We work to develop strong swimmers with a focus on being safe in, on, and around the water.

Space is Limited. Group class participants must be booked into each class in advance through the GymMaster app or Member Services. If you cannot attend, we ask that you cancel your booking to accommodate those on the waiting list.

Feel the difference that taking your workout into the water makes! This whole-body workout includes interval aerobic movement, resistance work to build muscle, balance practice, and stretching.

A full-body, deep-end workout using resistance equipment and ankle buoys. Tone muscle, work core, and increase aerobic conditioning.

A full-body workout combining strength & cardio, in both the shallow & deep ends of the pool. A carefully curated course for those focused on progress and conditioning. Exercise at your own pace, with your own modifications and join us for a fun but serious water workout.

A zero-impact, deep-end aerobic workout using floatation belts and resistance buoys. Modify to suit your fitness level for a full-body strength-building plus cardio workout.

From infants & kids, those working hard doing an aquatics class or lap swimming, to seniors doing aqua therapy, etc., some like it warm, some like it cooler. Yes. Our American Red Cross certified lifeguards are on duty during all open hours to help ensure a safe swimming environment.

Approved flotation devices may be used during designated swim times. Please check with pool staff for current guidelines.

Swimmers should bring a swimsuit, towel, and any personal swim gear. Lockers are available for personal belongings, but please bring your own lock. DO NOT BRING glass, food, or gum onto the pool deck.
