    Like other styles of yoga, gentle yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. Gentle yoga, in particular, can be relaxing and help enhance range of motion. And, of course, a big benefit is that it’s accessible to people who can’t do a practice that requires a lot of flexibility and strength.

    This new fitness craze is incredibly effective at kickstarting your metabolism! You’ll do 20 seconds of intense strength and cardio work, followed by a 10 second break, in a workout cycle that is achievable and effective!

  • Silver Seniors

    Silver Seniors combines exercises and activities for strength, agility, balance, stretching and fun. This is an outreach class held at 1614 Ruddiman, North Muskegon.

  • Step/Kickboxing

    An aerobic workout to get your body moving. Use a step or choose to do the class on the floor. Kickboxing moves are incorporated into the routines.
