Join Emma for this restorative Yin Yoga clinic. Participants of all levels will find welcoming and supportive spaces to explore movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery. Each session will blend intention, breath, and accessibility.

We’ll send off summer and welcome the seasonal change the Autumnal Equinox brings on the last day of class.
