With Brazilian Jiu Jitsu kids build confidence, discipline and respect while staying active and healthy. They’ll learn focus, how to overcome challenges, and grow stronger.

2 Guest Instructors from Muskegon’s Island Jiu Jitsu join us to offer this new program for kids. Spots are limited to just 12 participants. Early registration is recommended.
